Réglementation des DPE

Since 1 September 2022, single-property dwellings whose energy performance diagnosis reveals an F and G classification are required to undergo an energy audit (valid for 5 years).

The latter must take the information from the DPE and add a diagram specifying the distribution of heat loss. It must also mention, where applicable, the existence of control devices as well as the conditions of ventilation or ventilation of the building before the work.

In addition, it must indicate annual energy consumption, total annual consumption, and greenhouse gas emissions. The audit must, last but not least, contain proposals for work, including the description of each item as well as the expected energy savings.
